Central decor element (Model 1073) STL

The central decorative element (Model 1073) is constructed on the basis of bilateral axial symmetry. The composition is based on a central oval cartouche framed by vertical scrolls (volutes) and symmetrical acanthus leaf shoots developing in both directions, accompanied by stylized palmettes in low and medium bas-relief. Historically, such scrollwork cartouches and framing elements came into widespread use in European architecture during the Mannerist period of the 16th century through the ornamental engravings of Cornelis Bos, and were later extensively applied in the interior decoration of the Palace of Fontainebleau. Suitable for decorating furniture facades, door portals, ceiling coffers, wall panels, and interior architectural elements.
