Central decor element (Model 1127) STL

The central decorative element is based on bilateral axial symmetry and constitutes a complex compound bas-relief. The compositional core is an oval cartouche flanked by diverging stylized acanthus leaves, volutes, and floral rosettes complemented by ribbon loops. Similar symmetrical compositions with a central cartouche and vegetative framing became widespread in France during the reign of Louis XIV, when architect Jules Hardouin-Mansart actively integrated such molded and carved panels into the decoration of the Grand Trianon in Versailles. Suitable for decorating furniture facades, door portals, ceiling coffers, wall panels, and home interior decoration.
