Central decor element (Model 1132) STL

The central decorative element features a strict bilateral axial symmetry. The composition is structured around a classic vertical palmette motif at the top, from which two large spiral volutes with prominent central circular eyes diverge symmetrically. The lower and lateral parts of the ornament are complemented by stylized foliage scrolls and decreasing spherical beads forming smooth horizontal terminals. Such symmetrical motifs with palmettes and volutes trace back to ancient Greek anthemia and received a large-scale architectural revival during the French Neoclassical period of the late 18th century, notably within the interiors of the Hôtel de Solms designed during the reign of Louis XVI. Suitable for decorating furniture facades, door portals, ceiling coffers, wall panels, and home interior decoration.
