Central decor element (Model 1133) STL

The central decorative element features strict bilateral axial symmetry and constitutes a bas-relief composition based on classical scrolls diverging from a central vertical element stylized as a palmette, accompanied by foliage curls. The lateral parts of the ornament transition into profiled horizontal moldings terminating in symmetrical volutes. Similar types of symmetrical cartouches and carved elements were actively used in the interior decoration of French classicism and Rococo; notably, during the reign of Louis XV, court ornamentist Jean-Orest Ligour developed a standardization system for furniture ornaments where central symmetrical overlays were employed to visually balance door panels. Suitable for decorating furniture facades, door portals, wall panels, and interior design.
