Central decor element (Model 1174) STL

Central decorative element (Model 1174) is a bas-relief composition with bilateral symmetry, based on expanded scrolls and plant shoots diverging from a central beaded oval medallion. The ornament includes stylized acanthus leaves and symmetrically twisted volutes forming a single horizontal frieze. Such symmetrical cartouches with a central accent became widespread during the French Regency and early Rococo eras thanks to ornamental engravings by Jean Le Pautre and Jules-Aureèle Meissonnier, who were among the first to abandon the strict rectilinearity of Baroque in favor of fluid, balanced curves. Suitable for decorating furniture facades, door portals, wall panels, and interior house decoration.
