Decor "Cartush Simple" (Model 1953) STL

The decorative element «Cartush Simple» (Model 1953) is an oval-shaped bas-relief featuring bilateral symmetry. The central field is framed by a twisted rope molding (astragal), the flanks are structured with scrolls (volutes), and the apex is crowned by a stylized palmette with radiating leaves. Historically, cartouches as an architectural motif emerged during the Italian Renaissance in the early 16th century, initially utilized in papal monuments and engravings for displaying coats of arms and inscriptions, before gaining widespread application in interior wood carving through the masters of the Fontainebleau mannerism school. Suitable for decorating furniture facades, door portals, wall panels, and interior design.
