Decor "Cartuz with leaves" (Model 1984) is a bas-relief composition featuring bilateral axial symmetry. The central area consists of a cartouche shield with a hemispherical shell-like depression, framed at the top and bottom by scrolled volutes. The lateral flanks develop into sprawling, stylized acanthus leaf scrolls forming a balanced horizontal silhouette. Historically, the motif of the cartouche combined with rocaille shell work gained prominence during the Baroque and Rococo periods; one of the earliest documented applications of asymmetrical cartouches with shell motifs is found in the Hôtel de Soubise in Paris, decorated by Germain Boffrand in the 1730s. Suitable for decorating furniture facades, door portals, wall panels, and interior elements.
