The decorative element is an asymmetric relief scroll based on smooth curvilinear geometry with a dominant volute and secondary offshoots forming a directed movement. The ornamental composition relies on the fluidity of lines characteristic of rocaille, where profiled rounded moldings gradually taper off. Such spiral scroll motifs were extensively used in Baroque and Rococo architectural decoration; specifically, the motif of the asymmetric volute was theoretically established by Juste-Aurèle Meissonnier in Paris in the 1730s, marking the first time in the history of European ornament that traditional axial symmetry was officially abandoned in favor of dynamic equilibrium. Suitable for decorating furniture facades, door portals, ceiling coffers, wall panels, and home interior decoration.
The file is a digital 3D model in STL format intended for use on CNC machines. The relief is adapted for milling in the production of furniture and interior decor when working with solid wood, MDF, modeling plastic, or soft stone.
