Decor element (Model 1046) STL

Decor element (Model 1046) is a relief with an asymmetric composition formed by curved plant-based volutes and a central stylized bud with palmette-like elements. The dynamics of the ornament are defined by the smooth curl of an acanthus leaf framing the central core. Such asymmetric floral motifs became widespread during the Rococo period in France in the first half of the 18th century, when architect Jean-Aurèle Meissonnier radically abandoned strict axial symmetry in interior boiserie and furniture decoration. Suitable for decorating furniture facades, door portals, ceiling coffers, wall panels, and home interior decoration.
