The decorative element "Shell with a pearl" (Model 1157) is a relief composition with bilateral symmetry based on a stylized scallop shell (rocaille) transitioning into lateral volutes and acanthus scrolls. The central axis is emphasized by a spherical element imitating a pearl, around which the ribbed flutes of the shell and acanthus leaf elements symmetrically diverge. The shell motif achieved widespread use in the architecture and decorative arts of the Baroque and Rococo eras; specifically, the French ornamentalist Jean-Aurèle Meissonnier in the first half of the 18th century established this element as dominant in asymmetric and symmetric cartouches and panel moldings. Suitable for decorating furniture facades, door portals, ceiling coffers, wall panels, and home interior decoration.
The 3D model in STL format is intended for manufacturing on CNC machines. The relief is optimized for milling on solid wood, MDF, modeling plastic, and soft stone in the production of furniture and interior decor elements.
