The decorative element "Flower Leaf" (Model 1978) is a symmetrical relief with bilateral vertical symmetry, designed as a stylized double leaf with a central midrib and symmetrically divergent lobes terminating in lower volute-like scrolls. This treatment of plant ornamentation traces back to classical antiquity, specifically palmettes and acanthus motifs, which received significant architectural reinterpretation during the Italian Renaissance by the architect Giacomo da Vignola in the decoration of Roman palazzos.
