"Decor Leaves" (Model 2605) STL

The decorative element "Decor Leaves" (Model 2605) is a relief ornament with bilateral symmetry, based on a stylized botanical motif. The composition is structured along a vertical axis: a central vertical shoot with serrated leaves is flanked by symmetrically diverging volutes and lateral acanthus leaves terminating in scrolls. Historically, the motif of acanthus and palmette-like foliage gained widespread use in the architecture of Ancient Greece in the 5th century BC, where it was first systematically applied as the decorative enrichment of the Corinthian order—according to the account recorded by Vitruvius, inspired by a basket covered with a tile placed over an acanthus plant on the grave of a Corinthian maiden. The model is suitable for decorating furniture facades, door portals, wall panels, and interior elements.
