The three-dimensional bas-relief features a symmetrical rocaille composition centered around a stylized shell motif flanked by volutes and acanthus leaves. The characteristic C-shaped and S-shaped curves form a dynamic silhouette with smooth volumetric transitions. Historically, the rocaille form mimicking natural shells and pebbles gained widespread prominence during the reign of French King Louis XV, and the term was first popularized by designer Juste-Aurèle Meissonnier, who translated asymmetric grotto motifs into royal interiors. The element is utilized for decorating furniture facades, door portals, mantelpieces, and wall paneling.
The digital 3D model in STL format is optimized for CNC milling machines. The relief is adapted for production requirements when machining solid wood, MDF, modeling plastics, and soft stone.
