Decorative composition (Model 1160) is a rectangular relief panel element featuring a vertical axis of bilateral symmetry. The ornamental structure is anchored by a classical urn from which botanical stems emerge, extending into symmetrical volutes, stylized acanthus leaves, and palmettes that form an intricate bas-relief pattern in the upper section. The perimeter of the panel is framed by an ornamental border featuring a repeating geometric motif. Compositions of this type, centered around urns and foliage, achieved widespread prominence in European architectural decoration during the Renaissance, having been revived from antique Roman prototypes excavated in the imperial residences on the Palatine Hill in the late 15th century. Suitable for decorating furniture facades, door portals, ceiling coffering, wall panels, and interior architectural detailing.
