"Angelok" (Model 3303) STL

The presented artifact is executed in the format of a relief medallion. The composition depicts the figure of a winged cherub in a state of melancholic contemplation. The character rests his chin on the hand of a raised right arm, with the elbow fixed on a supporting plane. The anatomy is rendered in accordance with the classical proportions of a child's body: soft rounded forms, plump shoulders, and finely detailed strands of hair framing a face with an upward gaze. Spread wings with articulated plumage are positioned symmetrically behind the figure's back. In Christian iconography, such depictions of winged infants trace back to the putti of classical antiquity and symbolize divine messengers contemplating the celestial spheres.
