Frame "Slotted" (Model 6045) STL

The rectangular decorative frame "Slotted" (Model 6045) features a symmetrical openwork pattern along the perimeter. The composition combines scrolls, stylized acanthus leaves, and prominent central shell motifs (rocaille) at the top and bottom, complemented by floral rosettes on the lateral sides. Such pierced carved frames became widespread in the second half of the 18th century during the Rococo period, when advancements in plate glass manufacturing allowed for the production of large mirrors that required robust, heavily relieved wooden surrounds. The model is intended for framing wall mirrors, paintings, tapestries, portraits, and creating accent interior elements.
