Frame "Sun Circle" (model 6067) STL

The frame model 6067 features a circular geometry with a symmetrical radial ornament. The inner perimeter is framed by a relief molding decorated with a row of beads (bead-and-reel). The outer contour is formed by ray-like elements stylized as acanthus leaves and pointed palmettes, radiating from the center following the principle of a solar disk. Such solar motifs became widespread in the framing art of the Classicism and Empire eras, associated with the iconography of the «Sun King» Louis XIV and the symbolism of absolute power in European interior decor of the 17th-19th centuries.
