Hybrid frame «Rococo» (model 6212) STL

The hybrid frame «Rococo» (Model 6212) is an oval construction with a complex shaped outline and pronounced asymmetry in the ornament structure. The upper crest features an elaborate cartouche with rocaille elements transforming into dynamic volutes and plant scrolls. The lower section mirrors the Baroque framing motifs, complemented by relief acanthus leaves and floral garlands along the sides. Historically, Rococo frames in 18th-century French interiors were frequently leaf-gilded and mounted directly onto wooden boiserie wall panels, framing mirrors above fireplaces to visually expand the space of state rooms. The model is intended for framing wall mirrors, paintings, tapestries, portraits, and creating accent interior elements.

The 3D model in STL format is optimized for CNC milling machines. The relief is adapted for processing solid wood, MDF, and modeling boards. The preparation of control programs (toolpaths) and simulation of the milling process can be performed in software such as ArtCAM and NC Studio, followed by code execution via Mach3 controllers.
