The hybrid frame «Rococo» (Model 6213) is a complex shaped structure featuring an arched crest and asymmetric profiling. The ornamental structure incorporates asymmetric rocaille motifs, volute scrolls, vegetative shoots, and openwork lattice elements in the upper section. The lower part of the profile is fixed on a horizontal base and decorated with a central cartouche flanked by diverging acanthus leaves. Historically, rococo frames gained widespread use in France during the reign of Louis XV, when advancements in large-scale mercury mirror manufacturing required the creation of elaborate wooden and plaster surrounds to visually integrate mirror glass with wall boiserie and interior stucco.
