Oval frame «Rocale» (model 6192) STL

The oval frame «Rocaille» (Model 6192) is a 3D model of an oval frame executed in the Rococo style. The frame profile features a symmetrical floral and vegetal ornamentation, including stylized leaves and floral garlands. The upper section (crest) incorporates a composition with two bird figures surrounded by rocaiiles and scrolls, transitioning into asymmetric foliate elements. The lower section features a matching vegetal ornament centered around a prominent floral motif. During the height of the Rococo style in France in the second quarter of the 18th century, such carved wooden frames featuring asymmetric cartouches and shells were crafted manually by woodcarvers based on ornamentists' designs and finished with gold leaf, forming a cohesive ensemble with wall mirrors and boiserie. The model is intended for framing wall mirrors, paintings, tapestries, portraits, and creating accent interior elements.

The digital 3D model in STL format is intended for physical production via CNC milling machines. The relief is optimized for machining solid wood, MDF, or modeling board. The preparation of control programs (G-code) for Mach3 controllers, as well as pre-visualization of the milling process and machining time calculation, are performed using specialized software such as ArtCAM or NC Studio.
