Oval frame «Rococo» (model 6272) STL

The frame features a vertically oriented oval geometry. The profile is formed by asymmetric scrolls, rocaille motifs, intertwined stems, and acanthus leaves. The crest (top) is designed as a prominent central cartouche with asymmetric rocaille flanked by diverging scrollwork. The bottom part terminates in a large fluted shell tied with a ribbon. Historically, rococo frames in French interiors of the first half of the 18th century were often designed with deliberate asymmetry to visually soften the rigid geometry of rooms and conceal the joints between boiserie paneling and mirror glass. The model is intended for framing wall mirrors, paintings, tapestries, portraits, and creating accent interior elements.
