The rectangular frame model 6196 is designed in the Art Nouveau style. The composition is based on asymmetric, fluid, and undulating lines that mimic natural plant stems and buds, including stylized calla lilies and foliage. Distinct header and lower finials are absent, replaced by a continuous dynamic contour featuring volumetric floral overgrowths in the upper right and lower left corners. The Art Nouveau style, which emerged at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, rejected straight lines and symmetry in favor of biomorphic motifs borrowed from nature; this marked a departure in the history of framing where frames were treated as unitary sculptural objects with variable profiles rather than assembled rectilinear moldings. The model is intended for framing wall mirrors, paintings, tapestries, portraits, and creating accent interior elements.
The file is a 3D model in STL format optimized for CNC milling machines. The relief is adapted for machining solid wood, MDF, or modeling board. The preparation of control programs can be performed in software such as ArtCAM, NC Studio, or Mach3, allowing for toolpath calculation, milling process simulation, and estimation of machining time for both single and serial production.
