Rectangular frame - Baroque (model 6241) STL

The rectangular Baroque-style frame is executed within a strict architectural order system. The composition relies on rectilinear geometry featuring square corner elements adorned with high-relief mascarons, vertical pilasters with fluting, urns, and acanthus leaves. The profiled rail surfaces are filled with symmetrical floral ornaments incorporating oval medallions positioned centrally on the top, bottom, and lateral sides. Historically, large-scale Baroque frames for mirrors and paintings gained prominence in the latter half of the 17th century when French and Venetian glassmaking achieved the casting of large-format sheets, necessitating massive and spatially complex mug-jointed moldings.
