Rectangular frame "Decor" (model 6084) STL

The rectangular frame features massive and thick profile strips with a symmetrical relief ornament. Corner zones and central sections contain cartouches with shells (rocaille), surrounded by volutes and stylized acanthus leaves, while the inner perimeter is framed with a bead-and-reel linear ornament. Historically, such heavy baroque frames with developed corner and central decor became widespread in the 17th and 18th centuries, when advancements in sheet glass manufacturing allowed the production of large mirrors that required robust, massive wooden structures to support the weight and compensate for material stress. The model is intended for framing wall mirrors, paintings, tapestries, portraits, and creating accent interior elements.
