Rectangular frame "Four Ovals" (model 6121) STL

The rectangular frame model 6121 features a geometrically strict construction with four through oval apertures positioned in the centre of each of the four frame sides. The corners of the frame are decorated with square overlay elements featuring circular medallions. The space between the oval apertures and the corners is filled with a plant ornament featuring a symmetrical arrangement of elements, including stylized acanthus leaves and urns. Historically, the development of rectangular carved frames was closely linked to the proliferation of large-area mirrors in the 17th and 18th centuries, the production of which was mastered by Venetian craftsmen; architectural-type frames of this kind with a segmented profile were used to integrate mirrors and paintings into the wood paneling (boiserie) of European residential interiors. The model is intended for framing wall mirrors, paintings, tapestries, portraits, and creating accent interior elements.

The digital 3D model is provided in STL format and optimized for milling on CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines.
