Rectangular frame "Patterns" (model 6138) STL

The rectangular frame "Patterns" (Model 6138) features a strict inner opening geometry surrounded by an asymmetric carved ornament dominated by scroll volutes, rocaille motifs, and stylized acanthus leaves. The crest (header) and the central sections of the sides are accented with vertical cartouches and shell motifs, from which symmetrical plant shoot entanglements diverge. The inner perimeter is framed by a narrow border with a classical small-scale ornament. Historically, frames with such ornamentation became widespread during the Baroque and Rococo eras, when French craftsmen began using complex gilded structures made of gesso and carved wood to integrate mirrors into the wooden wall panels (boiserie) of state rooms. The model is intended for framing wall mirrors, paintings, tapestries, portraits, as well as creating accent interior elements.

The 3D model is provided in STL format and optimized for milling on CNC machines. The relief is adapted for processing solid wood, MDF, and modeling plastic. The preparation of control programs (toolpaths) for CNC milling machines is carried out in specialized CAD/CAM environments, including ArtCAM, NC Studio, and Mach3, ensuring the precise reproduction of fine ornamental details.
