The rectangular 3D model of the «Rocaille» frame (model 6280) is a Rococo-style molding structure featuring a symmetrical openwork ornament. The profile is formed by relief scrolls, asymmetric rocaille shells, acanthus leaves, and stylized floral shoots. The corner and central sections of the profile are accented with cartouches and deeply carved relief elements, creating a developed volumetric structure. Historically, the Rococo style, which emerged in France during the Regency of Louis XV, shifted mirror framing away from the strict rectangular symmetry of Baroque toward curvilinear, fluid forms and marine shell motifs. Period master framers combined molded stucco decor with gold leaf gilding to integrate mirrors into the wood boiserie wall panels of state rooms in French châteaux. The model is intended for framing wall mirrors, paintings, tapestries, portraits, and creating accent interior elements.
The digital 3D model in STL format is optimized for milling on CNC machines. The relief is adapted for processing solid wood, MDF, or modeling plastic while preserving the fine details of the ornament. The file is compatible with ArtCAM, NC Studio, and Mach3 software used for generating toolpaths, calculating machining time, and simulating the milling process.
