Rectangular frame «Rococo» (model 6207) STL

The rectangular frame is executed in the Rococo style featuring characteristic asymmetrical composition and curvilinear profiles. The ornamental structure incorporates rocaille elements, volutes, acanthus leaves, and floral shoots. The crest (header) is formed by a central cartouche with divergent plant ornamentation and lateral scrolls, while the lower section mirrors the motifs of the header with an accented central rocaille. Historically, Rococo frames gained prominence in France during the reign of Louis XV when interior decoration shifted toward intimacy, and mirrors began to be extensively integrated into boiserie wood paneling above fireplaces to reflect candlelight and visually expand salon spaces. The model is intended for framing wall mirrors, paintings, tapestries, portraits, and creating accent interior elements.
