Rectangular frame «Rococo» (model 6270) STL

The rectangular frame «Rococo» (Model 6270) features a symmetrical geometry with a complex moulding profile. The ornamental composition is built upon asymmetric rocaille motifs, C- and S-shaped scrolls interweaving with acanthus leaves and stylized floral shoots. The corner sections are reinforced with prominent cartouches transitioning into relief volutes, while the upper and lower portions feature mirror-symmetrical central rocaille ornaments with botanical framing. Historically, frames in the rococo style gained prominence in France during the second quarter of the 18th century under Louis XV; woodcarvers sought to completely conceal straight angles and strict joinery structures behind fluid, plastic forms of carved wood, creating the illusion of continuous material motion. The model is intended for framing wall mirrors, paintings, tapestries, portraits, and creating accent interior elements.
