The rectangular frame "Slaves of Rome" (Model 6129) features a complex architectural structure with anthropomorphic decorative elements. The vertical sides of the frame are designed as columns supported by figures of Atlantes (male slaves) integrated into the composition of the side posts. The top and bottom sections contain horizontal friezes depicting reclining figures of captives framing central cartouches and floral ornamentation. The use of human figures as load-bearing architectural elements traces back to classical architecture, which was reinterpreted during the Renaissance and Neoclassical periods, where such motifs symbolized triumph, order, and subjugation. The model is intended for framing wall mirrors, paintings, tapestries, portraits, and creating accent interior elements.
The file is a 3D model in STL format intended for CNC machining. The relief is optimized for milling on hardwoods, softwoods, MDF, and modeling plastics. Toolpath generation for CNC milling machines can be performed in software such as ArtCAM, NC Studio, or Mach3.
