Round "Rosette" frame (model 6117) STL

The frame features a regular circular geometry, structurally and stylistically replicating an architectural ceiling rosette. The baguette profile is formed by concentric moldings and flutes, with the perimeter decorated by symmetrically positioned applied elements in the form of stylized palmettes and scrolls connected by band ties. The practice of using architectural molded motifs in framing became widespread during the Neoclassical period of the late 18th century, when interior decor tended toward the strict systematization of classical orders and the transfer of ceiling compositions onto the vertical planes of walls and mirrors.
