Square frame (model 6137) STL

The square frame model 6137 features a symmetrical geometry with a solid central square section and an openwork pierced border. The ornamental structure is based on flowing volutes and stylized acanthus leaves forming four symmetrical elements along the perimeter sides. The upper, lower, and lateral zones are decorated with identical relief elements in the form of leaf bundles and scrolls, creating a unified closed rhythmic contour. Historically, frames with symmetrical acanthus ornamentation and complex pierced carving became widespread during the Baroque and Classicism eras, when framing evolved into an independent craft, and corner and central overlay elements became standard for concealing the joints of wooden frame structures. The model is intended for framing wall mirrors, paintings, tapestries, portraits, and creating accent interior elements.
