Sunny frame (model 6068) STL

The "Sunny" frame (Model 6068) is a circular construction featuring a central aperture framed by a bead-and-reel moulding (astragal). The outer contour is formed by a radial ray ornament consisting of alternating botanical elements, stylized as acanthus leaves, and vertical relief rays. The upper and lower sections are symmetrical, with the composition built on a principle of radial symmetry. Such sunburst frames gained wide distribution during the reign of King Louis XIV in France, when solar iconography ("The Sun King") dominated court interior decor and mirror production, reflecting the status of the owner. The model is intended for framing wall mirrors, paintings, tapestries, portraits, and creating accent interior elements.

The digital 3D model is provided in STL format and optimized for milling on CNC machines. The relief is adapted for processing solid wood, MDF, or model plastic. The preparation of control programs for equipment operation is performed in specialized CAD/CAM systems such as ArtCAM, NC Studio, or Mach3.
