The rectangular frame "Elaborate Is Simple" (model 6154) STL

The rectangular frame model 6154 features an octagonal inner aperture. The frame profile consists of strict bevelled planes, while the corner zones are decorated with symmetrical superimposed elements in the form of volutes and plant scrolls with central rosettes. Historically, octagonal and polygonal mirror shapes became widespread during the Baroque and Neoclassical periods, when developments in glassmaking allowed for the casting of large mirror plates that required robust structural and decorative framing to distribute weight and conceal joints. The model is intended for framing wall mirrors, paintings, tapestries, portraits, and creating accent interior elements.

The 3D model is provided in STL format and optimized for milling on CNC machines. The relief is adapted for processing solid wood, MDF, or modeling board. The preparation of toolpaths is performed in specialized software such as ArtCAM, followed by code generation for Mach3 or NC Studio controllers.
