The rectangular frame "Era" (model 6153) STL

The frame features a complex combined geometry: the outer contour is rectangular, enclosing an integrated octagonal aperture framed by a profiled molding. The perimeter is filled with openwork carved ornamentation featuring a symmetrical arrangement of stylized floral motifs, volutes, and four-petal rosettes in the corner zones. The practice of combining a rectangular outline with polygonal inner frames became widespread in the 17th and 18th-century framing tradition, when craftsmen sought to visually complicate the perspective of a canvas or mirror through multi-layered stepped profiles.
