The rectangular "Upper Pattern" (model 6146) STL

The rectangular frame (Model 6146) features a combined geometry consisting of a strict rectangular outer profile integrated with a vertically oriented oval insert in the center. The ornamental composition is concentrated in the upper part (crest) featuring symmetrical volutes and plant motifs with a central accent, complemented by decorative scrolls at the base of the oval contour. Historically, frames with prominent crests and geometric combinations of rectangles and ovals became widespread during the Baroque and Classicism eras, when mirror glass was produced by casting or blowing followed by manual polishing, and massive wooden frames served not only as borders but as independent architectural elements designed to visually expand interior spaces. The model is intended for framing wall mirrors, paintings, tapestries, portraits, and creating accent interior elements.
