Bas-relief "Guan Gong Warrior and Dragon" (Model 5172) STL

The composition of the bas-relief is based on the contrast between the static figure of the warrior and the dynamic coils of the dragon surrounding him. The foreground depicts the Chinese military commander Guan Yu (Guan Gong) in traditional armor, vertically holding a long-handled weapon, the guandao halberd. The figure of the warrior dominates the space, while the dragon's body forms a complex contoured background with flame elements and a circular halo behind the character's head. The historical prototype of the character, a military commander of the Three Kingdoms period, was later canonized by Chinese folk religion and Confucianism as the god of war and a symbol of loyalty. Suitable for the decoration of offices, libraries, themed halls, and private interiors.
