Bas-relief "Monument to Peter the Great" (Model 5257) STL

In the foreground of the bas-relief, a massive granite rock pedestal features the inscription «Petro Primo Catharina Secunda», supporting the rearing horse and its rider. In the middle ground, the figure of Emperor Peter I in Roman attire confidently holds the reins, while the horse's hind hooves trample a snake symbolizing overcome obstacles. The background consists of a monumental base, and the composition does not include a framing border. Historically, the monolith serving as the pedestal, known as the Thunder Stone, weighed approximately 2,000 tons and was transported to Senate Square by land and water in an engineering operation unprecedented for the 18th century. The panel is suitable for interior decoration of offices, libraries, and historical halls.
