Bas-relief "Warrior Guan Gong sits on a throne" (Model 5173) STL

In the foreground of the bas-relief, the Chinese military commander Guan Yu (Guan Gong) is depicted wearing armor and sitting on a throne integrated with the body of a mythological dragon. The middle ground is filled with details of the character's attire and weapon elements, while the deep background features stylized clouds and the dragon's scaly torso framing the figure. The composition is enclosed in a rectangular frame with ornamental relief along the perimeter. The historical prototype of the character, Three Kingdoms general Guan Yu, was canonized by folk tradition after his death and eventually revered as the god of war, protector against evil, and patron of merchants.
