The rectangular panel is enclosed in a detailed ornamental frame. In the foreground, a multi-figure narrative composition is depicted: a man sits on a sofa surrounded by pets on the right, a group of figures marches on the left, and a banner with the text «23-м ФЕВРАЛЯ!!!» is set against vertical planes in the background. Historically established in 1922 as the Day of the Red Army and Navy, the date originated to mark the mass mobilization of workers into the armed forces.
