Icon "Holy Oleg" (Model 909) STL

The icon depicts the Holy Right-Believing Prince Oleg of Bryansk, who lived in the 13th century. Having renounced the princely throne and worldly honors, he took monastic vows with the name Basil and founded the Peter and Paul Monastery in Bryansk, where he labored in asceticism until the end of his days. The iconography reflects the traditional canon of portraying saintly princes in monastic attire. Believers pray before this image for spiritual peace, strengthening of faith, overcoming life's temptations, and healing from physical and spiritual ailments.
