The iconographic image "The Holy Trinity" dates back to the Old Testament narrative of God appearing to the patriarch Abraham at the Oak of Mamre, as described in the Book of Genesis. In Byzantine and Old Russian traditions, this subject acquired deep dogmatic interpretation as a symbol of the triune essence of God—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—represented by three angels seated at a meal. The canonical development and highest theological expression of this icon type were achieved in the 14th century through the works of St. Andrei Rublev. Traditionally, prayers before this image are offered for the gift of love, the overcoming of worldly divisions, as well as for spiritual strengthening and guidance.
The presented digital 3D model is designed for producing reliefs from wood, stone, or polymers on CNC machines. The file is optimized for operation in specialized CAM software and is fully prepared for generating toolpaths prior to the milling procedure. The item can also be used for layer-by-layer prototyping on additive 3D printers, ensuring the precise reproduction of all relief elements in STL format.
