"Icon of Spiridon" (Model 502) STL

Saint Spyridon of Trimithous, who lived at the turn of the 3rd and 4th centuries on the island of Cyprus, is revered in the Christian world as a great wonderworker and defender of the Orthodox faith. On icons, the saint is traditionally depicted in episcopal vestments and a distinctive shepherd's hat, emphasizing his humble origins. Being a simple shepherd, he gained the gift of healing, casting out demons, and helping the needy, and also took part in the First Council of Nicaea in 325. In the Orthodox tradition, prayers are offered to the image of Saint Spyridon for the resolution of housing and material difficulties, the healing of bodily ailments, and the granting of spiritual peace and assistance in daily needs.

The presented digital 3D model is intended for the production of relief images on CNC machines. The STL format file contains a detailed relief of the saint, adapted for physical milling in wood or other materials. The product is used in furniture production and Orthodox churchware workshops for creating carved shrines, home iconostases, and standalone samples of ecclesiastical art.
