Icon "Saint Peter and Saint Faurene" (Model 706) STL

The icon depicts the holy pious Prince Peter and Princess Fevronia of Murom, wonderworkers who lived at the turn of the 12th and 13th centuries. According to historical and hagiographical sources, in monasticism they took the names David and Euphrosyne. Their marital union became a symbol of Christian marriage, loyalty, and mutual love. In the Orthodox tradition, prayers before this image are offered for family well-being, the strengthening of marital bonds, the resolution of domestic conflicts, as well as for the health of children and the preservation of peace at home.
