Icon "Saint Peter and Saint Faurene" (Model 707) STL

The icon depicts the holy pious Prince Peter and Princess Fevronia of Murom, who lived at the turn of the 12th and 13th centuries and are revered as the patrons of Christian marriage, family life, and fidelity. Historically, they are identified with the Murom Prince Davyd Yuryevich and his wife, whose lives inspired the renowned Old Russian "Tale of Peter and Fevronia of Murom." In the Orthodox tradition, prayers before this image are traditionally offered to seek family well-being, strengthen marital bonds, overcome life hardships, and preserve peace within the household.
