The central figure of this relief is Odin, the supreme deity in Norse-Germanic mythology, ruler of Asgard, and god of war, wisdom, and poetry. The iconography of this image developed on the basis of ancient Germanic legends and archaeological artifacts from the Viking Age (8th–11th centuries). The supreme god is traditionally depicted seated on the throne of Hlidskjalf, holding his infallible spear Gungnir. At the ruler's feet are his loyal wolves, Geri and Freki, symbolizing battle fury and devotion. Within the traditions of the pagan pantheon, Odin was invoked for strategic thinking in battle, the acquisition of hidden knowledge, and protection during journeys.
This digital file is a meticulously detailed 3D model in STL format, optimized for physical production through layered material removal. This development is intended for transferring the relief onto a wooden workpiece using CNC milling machines. The relief geometry is fully prepared for the correct operation of control programs and subsequent finishing milling of complex decorative elements.
