"Three paper rubles" (Model 3518) STL

The three-dimensional relief model represents a rectangular three-ruble bank note of the 1961 design with straight geometric edges. The central part of the composition features a relief image of the Moscow Kremlin with views of the Spasskaya Tower, to the left of which is the state emblem of the USSR, and to the right is a large digit "3" within an ornate frame and the banknote's serial number. Text elements include the inscription "State Treasury Note of the USSR" and the denomination "Three Rubles", supplemented by security guilloche patterns and the text of the law regarding the backing of banknotes. Historically, the three-ruble banknote of the 1961 series was green and remained in circulation in the USSR until the monetary reform of 1991, serving as one of the most common medium-denomination bills.
